Introduction
Wouter Rossouw is an experienced and trustworthy lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of providing indispensable advice to clients. He has more than 23 years of experience in various sectors of the legal environment in Namibia, and is currently a sole proprietor of his own established law firm in Walvis Bay since January 2001. Experienced in handling criminal matters, property transactions, transfers, bond registrations, drawing of commercial contracts, deceased estates, divorces and litigation.
He was admitted as a Notary Public of the High Court of Namibia on 2 August 2005.
He served as Chairperson of the Law Society of Namibia for 2016.

Notarial collation (certification) of documents. This is needed where documents are to be used in foreign countries. Notarial authentication of signatures on declarations and powers of attorney. Obtaining apostille in terms of the Hague convention where applicable.

Antenuptial Contracts
In Namibia the preparation and registration of antenuptial contracts can only be done by a notary public. Wouter Rossouw is admitted as a notary public and can assist with this process.

We are experienced in dealing with the offices of the Master of the High Court in Windhoek and will register and administer your trust on your behalf. Reporting of deceased estates and finalising distributions to heirs.

Company Secretarial Services
We register private companies and close corporations on behalf of our clients at the Business and Intellectual Property Authority of Namibia. We also attend to the transfer of shares and appointment and removal of directors.

Tax Directives
Our offices have experience in requesting special dispensations and tax directive from the Namibian Revenue Agency.
