Our Fees

Our fees are based on the recommendations of the Law Society of Namibia and, where applicable, on the statutory guidelines for some specific work such as property transactions.

Our rates are time based and depends on the complexity and magnitude of the work required.

Pricing

Initial Consultation

Your first consultation with us will ensure that we understand your requirements or problem - that way we can advise and assist you properly. The fee below is based on an hourly fee of N$2,760.00 (incl. VAT) and will cover a consultation of approximately half an hour.

Antenuptial Contracts

Our fee includes a consultation with the couple where the different options are explained and advice given on what would suit your requirements. Also included is the drawing and registration of the agreement and all revenue stamps required.
